Part Time Veterinary Surgeon - Brighton

Medivet are seeking a part time Veterinary Surgeon to join our new practice in Brighton.

With the support of the lovely and very competent nursing and support team, you’ll be able to focus on bonding the clients and working your cases up to a high standard. The practice is very well-equipped, but you'll also have the resources and expertise of our 24-hour hospital just over half an hour away, where CT, laparoscopy and specialist exotic care are to hand.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' UK (or UK equivalent) experience, very strong communication skills and the desire to practice gold standard veterinary medicine. 

The role will consist of 12-15 hours a week, which can be discussed at interview stage. You will also be part of a 4:6 weekend rota, working Saturday only.

Salary & Benefits:

A very competitive package of up to £55,000 per annum pro-rata (depending on experience), which includes accommodation allowance and a vehicle or vehicle allowance

£1,500 CPD allowance with 3 days’ CPD leave per annum pro rata and in-house CPD training

5 weeks annual leave pro-rata, plus bank holidays 

VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
