Head Veterinary Nurse

My client is looking for a friendly, motivated, experienced veterinary nurse to join their vibrant team as Head Nurse working in a modern very well equipped and spacious small animal practice.

An interest in developing leadership skills, as well as theatre nursing skills will complement the smooth running of our theatre and hospital. CPD encouraged and funded.

My client is a friendly independent 3 vet small animal SVN training practice with spacious working environment located in a lovely and well off part of London with friendly clients.

The practice is very well supplied, with modern equipment which are routinely used and include in house blood machine, digital x-ray, ultrasound, a large variety of rigid and flexible scopes to allow them to perform the most up to date minimal invasive procedure to give the best care for their pets, facilities for the care of oncology cases needing chemotherapy, intensive care etc.

The practice principal is an experienced CertSAS holder and so the practice provides both primary care and surgical referral work. They are able to deal with wide range of small animal cases in house including spinal and orthopaedic cases so that you can use the full range of your nursing skills.

They practice modern evidence-based medicine and maintain traditional values. They contribute to their local community by supporting local events and work closely with local charities to help provide referral level treatment for our less able 4-legged friends.
