Vets Now Glasgow is a modern state of the art veterinary hospital which offers designated clinical treatment areas and delivers advanced imaging and surgery techniques on a daily basis. In addition to a busy out of hours service, we offer referral services in surgery, medicine and emergency and critical care.
We are looking for an experienced vet nurse to assist our head nurse in the smooth running of our surgery team. As a senior surgical nurse, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, driving effective and efficient workflows. You will be responsible for the training and development of all nurses and animal care assistants within the surgical team.
It takes a certain calibre of veterinary nurse to thrive in a surgical environment and we expect our Hospital teams to lead from the front in terms of experience and skill.
