Laparoscopic bitch spays performed as standard.

You will be joining a supportive team consisting of 7 vets, 9 RVNs and a team of 5 receptionists which is expanding. This is split across the two sites. The team benefits from a variety of experience and individual interests including critical care and soft tissue surgery. Cambridge Vets4Pets are passionate about developing every member of the team and actively promote ongoing CPD (unlimited) and encourage certificates. Two members hold a certificate in Soft Tissue Surgery and another with a certificate in Endoscopy and Endosurgery and one currently studying for a Certificate in Medicine.

Meet Vets4Pets

We put pets first

Beyond all else, we’re committed to animal health and welfare, and we absolutely put pets first. The most powerful partnerships we have are with pets and their owners. This is at the heart of what we do and always will be.

Vets4Pets Northampton Wins Vet Wellbeing Award

Colleague mental health and wellbeing have always been highly important to Jenny Millington and Sally Courtney of Vets4Pets Northampton. So much so, that during the past 12 months, they and their colleagues have implemented a number of fantastic initiatives to support in this area. These efforts have resulted in the practice recently receiving the 2019 Vet Wellbeing Award, medium-sized practice category, from the Society of Practising Vets (SPVS), in partnership with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons’ (RCVS) Mind Matters Initiative.

We help our nurse colleagues thrive

We know first-hand the tremendous contribution vet nurses make to the smooth running of a practice and to animal health and welfare. We’re therefore committed to recognising and celebrating these contributions and to providing our nurse colleagues with learning opportunities specific to them. Our annual Vet Nurses Conference (a Vets4Pets-only event) offers a full day of industry-leading CPD.

We are very much aiming to be an association where people can seek support for themselves and others and where employers and groups and other associations can seek support from us regarding the promotion of diversity and inclusion.
