We are seeking a friendly dynamic veterinary surgeon to work between our Cheltenham, Charlton Kings and Leckhampton small animal practices.

This is a maternity cover contract. 

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience and be confident working sole charge. A client-orientated approach and excellent communication skills is a must, alongside the ability to work to a high standard both medically and surgically.

This role works to a 4 day week plus 1:4 Saturdays. We offer a competitive salary with £9000 accommodation allowance, vehicle or £2,500 allowance, £1500 CPD allowance plus 3-days CPD leave, RCVS, VDS and BVA membership and 5 weeks annual leave.

Cheltenham is adjacent to the M5 motorway and is based an hour away from Bristol and Birmingham (and two hours away from London). Bordering the Cotswolds, Cheltenham offers an excellent base to explore and has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.
