About Us

We are a local friendly practice with a clinical team of 2.5 Vets and 3 RVNs. Our practice is purpose built to top industry standards, with dedicated operating theatre, in-house lab and dentistry equipment and boasts a loyal local client base. We are part of The Vet Group and so benefit from an excellent CPD allowance, company discounts and competitive salary.

About The Role

You will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential including theatre work and nurse consults. You will help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard care for Patients and Clients. Nurses are the heart of our practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for our patients.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week with 1 in 3 weekends and no OOH.

Person Specification About You

We are seeking an ambitious RVN looking to take the next step in their career. This role would suit an experienced registered nurse or a Head Nurse who is happy to lead by example, has great communication and organisation skills and takes pride in working to a high standard. You will have an interest in and want to learn about the practice as a business as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals. Ideally you will have experience of and enjoy coaching and mentoring student nurses.
