The role:

We are seeking a Lead Veterinary surgeon to come and join our Coningsby practice who can lead a team and develop a new practice with the help of an experienced branch partner. and team. 

You must have client-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, work to a very high standard both medically and surgically. The role is full time, 4-day week and 1 in 3 weekends giving you an excellent work-life balance.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £65,000 dependent on experience 
• Accommodation allowance £6,600
• Vehicle or vehicle allowance of £2,500
• CPD allowance £1,500 plus 3 days CPD
• VDS, RCVS, BVA fees paid
• 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays

Skills and experience:

Our Coningsby practice is newly acquired in a brand new building and works alongside our Horncastle practice. 

Coningsby is about 7 miles south of Horncastle with the Lincolnshire wolds to the west and the Fens to the east.
