We are seeking an ambitious Vet looking to Lead and grow our brand-new practice.

The role will begin as our new branch opens and will be centred around providing an excellent service to all our new clients. This will be a great opportunity to build your own client base and generate an outstanding reputation in the local community.

You will manage a small team, with the opportunity for this to grow as the branch thrives under your guidance and leadership. As a lead role, we are looking for someone with a solid skill set, who will have access to a wide range of equipment within the branch and neighbouring practices.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' UK small animal practice (or UK equivalent) experience. Ideally you will have some experience leading a small team or have a willingness to gain that experience with some close mentoring in leadership and branch management. You must be happy and confident working sole charge to begin with and understand what is required to grow a practice.

Branch:

Our brand-new spacious practice has a large reception area with separate dog and cat waiting area, two good sized consulting rooms, a large prep area with 2 large walk-in kennels and separate dog and cat kennel space. Our fully equipped clinic has a dental area, digital x-ray in an imaging room and a large theatre. The branch also has a nice staff room for rest breaks as well as an outside seating area.
