Job Details
My client is looking for an enthusiastic RVN who is looking at taking the next step to be a Head Veterinary Nurse or an existing Head Veterinary Nurse looking for a new position,
You will need to have leadership skills and be happy to mentor less experienced nurses,
A clinical coach would be a bonus
You will get to take part in projects and the management side of the practice,
You will work a 4 day week,
08:30 - 18:30
1 in 12 week days on call,
1 in 6 weekends 08:00-16:00
1 in 12 weekends on call
When on call the vet holds the phone and will call the nurse if needed,
You will join a team of 5 vets, 6 nurses and 2 VCAs
The ideal candidate will have ideas and the drive to bring the practice forward,
Previous experience holding nurse clinics would be a bonus as the practice is looking to hold more of these,
