Clinical Director - Essex

On behalf of our client we are seeking a clinical director or an experienced vet who loves providing quality veterinary care but also enjoys helping others grow and develop their roles. We pleased to confirm that there is a fantastic clinical director vacancy available at our clients busy two vet practice in Essex.

Experience of the business side of veterinary practice is an advantage but not a necessity but an interest in this is important. We can provide the guidance and support for these elements.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent client and patient care, helping others realise their potential and being instrumental in the growth of the business; driven by providing high standards of care. This won’t be limited to just the members of this practice team but will incorporate supporting vets in other branches in the region. You will have clinical freedom and be able to develop the services offered. An interest in internal medicine is advantageous but don’t let that put you off if you have other clinical interests!

This busy practice has a friendly, motivated and loyal client base and you will be supported by a friendly and ambitious team. There is a mixture of cat, dog and exotic cases but our clients are looking for someone to grow and develop the cat and dog side of the practice. Based in a bustling town in Essex, everything you need is on your doorstep with a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars easily accessible. London is also just a short train ride away and Stansted airport very easily accessed for those well-earned holidays.

There is no out of hours work and weekends are on a rota with time off in lieu.
