Joint Clinical Director (Full or Part Time) - South Wales

My clients are looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon who is looking to take the next step forwards in their career and become a Joint Clinical Director,

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical standards, passion and drive with the ability to motivate and encourage others.

You must be an approachable person and happy to mentor less experienced vets

This is a 100% small animal role split across 2 sites,

The practice has excellent transport links,

For the right applicant the practice are able to consider part time applicants as well as full time,
 
There is a huge emphasis on promoting a healthy work life balance and you will therefore work a 4 day week with no OOH.

1 in 4 Saturday mornings are required.

Applicants do not need to have previous Clinical Director experience as full management training and support is available but previous experience would be advantageous.
