Due to internal promotion we are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Director to join and lead our team at Melton Vets in Woobridge, Suffolk.

With the support of our exceptional team of vets, nurses and receptionists, as Practice Director you will be responsible for leadership and staff development at our Woodbridge practice, maintaining our high standards of client and patient care and identifying ways in which we can improve. You will liaise closely with the Regional Director in order to provide consistency of care.  

To succeed in this role you will need to be a clinician with a strong track record in the delivery of exceptional client service and be committed to the wellbeing of your staff and colleagues. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week with no out of hours work (hosted by our own night team) part-time applications may be considered for the right candidate.

We are in the process of launching our new exciting MiNightVet service in Jan 2020 which you will play a key part in.
