The Practice
The Veterinary Defence Society Limited (VDS) is a mutual insurance company founded in 1865 and run by experienced veterinary surgeons on behalf of the veterinary profession. A Member is not just a customer and we work hard to uphold their personal and practice reputation.

We provide professional indemnity insurance to the practice profession and insure against the effects of claims of negligence. We help our Members develop through advice and guidance, publications and training.

The Role
VDS wishes to appoint a part-time Claims Adviser to join a team providing immediate advice to our Members and their staff on the management of complaints and potential claims.

This is mainly home based with occasional travel to Knutsford.
