Based in the north of Scotland, this large mixed practice is the perfect place for an ambitious mixed vet to settle.

You would have a near 50:50 split between small and large, brilliant small animal facilities to work to the highest complexity of cases and 15 vet colleagues to discuss cases with. There is support for new graduates as well as a healthy caseload for those who already have/would like to study towards a certificate too.

Well equipped with in-house blood machines, digital x-ray (including portable for equine), dental x-ray, SA/LA ultrasound scanners, equine power float, hydraulic tipping crate and tup/bull fertility testing kits. Orthopaedic procedures including TPLOs are carried out on site too.

Location - Caithness

  • 4 day week
  • Generally a 5:30pm finish
  • Time of in lieu of weekends worked

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • You must be registered with the RCVS to practice as a Veterinary Surgeon in the UK
  • You must possess the right to work in the UK
