Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - Andover

Independently owned, multi-vet practice seeking small animal vet.

Summary

We are working on behalf of a well-established practice in Hampshire who is in need of a confident Vet to join their highly experienced team. A minimum of one year's prior experience is required along with a good level of confidence with routine surgery as there is a small amount of sole charge work involved, only a few hours per week.

The practice is fantastically equipped with CT scanner and laparoscopy, which gives an idea of the level of service provided. Certificates are supported and a number of the existing Vets have their own areas of speciality, which see them take on a vast array of cases.

A 4.5 day week with hours of 8:30-6:30pm equate to a great work/life balance along with 1 in 4 weekends. The on call rota consists of 1 night per week but all calls will initially be taken by one of the interns and then forwarded over only if necessary.
