We are conveniently located on Eastwood Road which is very close to the High Street, has great public transport links and is 10 minutes from the local train station. Being situated just off the A127 also gives great links to London and Essex. Colleague car parking is also available.

You will be joining a friendly and talented team of 5 vets, 5 registered nurses, 1 student nurse, 2 veterinary care assistants, 4 receptionists and 1 practice manager.

The practice benefits from having state of the art equipment including dedicated operating theatre, ultra sound, in-house laboratory and digital radiographs. We also have access to a full endoscopy and laparoscopy unit and a brand new 16 slice CT scanner at our partner surgery all of which improves the services that we can offer to our clients. We also have access to a European certified orthopedic and soft tissue surgeon further enhancing the care we can provide as well as developing our own teams’ knowledge and experience.

We have a client base that has been built up and established over the last 15 years, with a high proportion of insured clients wanting the best care for their pets. This generates a large variety of cases as well as a regular caseload from our local charities; as such our new colleague will enjoy building strong relationships with our patients, clients and the rest of our team. You will be confident with routine surgical and medical cases and comfortable with working sole charge. You must have the ability to build great client rapport and be a strong team player who enjoys both being able to learn & share knowledge within a supportive team.

This is a full time role (40 hours) with a 1 in 5 weekend rota.
