Practice Site: Woodlands (Plymouth)

Our group consists of two centres. We have nine full-time Veterinary Surgeons as well as fully qualified registered Veterinary Nurses at both practices. We are proud to be an approved veterinary nurse training centre and have trainee nurses at each practice. Both premises are purpose built to the highest standards, and our Ivybridge site has just been extended to add an extra consult room, dedicated cat and dog sections in the waiting room, and a dental suite.

Woodlands Veterinary Hospital is an RCVS Accredited Small Animal Hospital set in the beautiful city of Plymouth and we are looking for an experienced first opinion veterinary surgeon to work as part of our dedicated small animal team working at both Plymouth and also Ivybridge.

The role is based on working 4 days per week with 1:6 OOH rota.

You will play a key role in managing our busy inpatient and surgical caseload. You will become a part of our 11 vet team and be supported by a team of friendly nurses. This role would suit an experienced veterinary surgeon who wants to work in a practice where professional development is fully encouraged and supported.
