We are looking for a night nurse manager to join our busy referral team

Reporting to: Head Nurse

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (4 x 10hr shifts) with participation in the weekend rota (1:3) and bank holiday rota.

Anderson Moores is a truly multidisciplinary team providing specialist-led referral services across the South of England. Our services include Internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, cardiology, dermatology, orthopaedics, neurology, physiotherapy and diagnostic imaging.

Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a night nurse manager to be the main point of responsibility for nursing staff during the evening out of hours service. We are therefore looking for an RVN with experience in managing a large team of nursing staff and are seeking a new opportunity.

About the role
Our night service is predominantly inpatient care including high dependency, and out of hour emergencies. As night nurse manager you will be expected to carry out effective managerial and administrative duties to enable the smooth running of your teams. You will also be providing continuous support to nursing staff to ensure that performance and clinical standards are met.

This is an exciting opportunity for an RVN already in a managerial type role to excel and progress within a busy referral nursing environment.

To be considered for this role you must be:

  • already be in or have held a senior/managerial Nurse role
  • experienced in supporting staff
  • well organised and hold great administration skills
  • a strong leader with effective communication skills
  • a self-starter with high clinical standards
  • registered with the RCVS

At Anderson Moores our case load guarantees you will be able to put your nursing skills into practice and will be used to their full potential in a highly rewarding environment. We give excellent support to all of our team members.

We strongly support ongoing training and CPD and as a member of our team you will receive a competitive salary and a benefits package which includes private health care, reimbursement of pet insurance, Pets at Home discount and a company pension scheme.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Please email your CV, together with a brief covering letter which also indicates your salary expectations by clicking the apply button.

We look forward to hearing from you.
