The clinic is located a 2 minute walk from Hinchley Wood station. Medivet Esher is a busy practice and has recently undergone a full refurbishment. We have the usual toys including ultrasound, digital x-rays/dental x-rays and endoscopy equipment etc. We have easy access to CT and MRI and certified orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeons for the more complex cases.

We have a well established team consisting of two full time vets (now seeking a third), two client care assistants, two RVNs and two VN students. We focus heavily on team work and creating a happy, supportive and progressive environment. We are a successful training practice and regularly mentor new graduates.

We are seeking a full time assistant veterinary surgeon to join our team.

The position would suit and experienced Veterinary Surgeon who enjoys delivering a high level of patient and client care. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to move on in their career and wants to see a high and varied case load. There is scope for further certified development for the right candidate.

Skills and Experience

You must be RCVS registered

You would ideally have 3+ years experience, though an exceptional candidate with less experience would be considered for the position. You would have a minimum of 1 year UK experience.

Salary and Benefits

4 day week plus 1 in 3 Saturday or Sunday or 1 in 6 full weekends
