Small Animal Vet Surgeon – South Wales – No OOH’s!

We are currently on the lookout for a small animal vet surgeon to work for a friendly team of 2 vets and 3 RVN’s based in South Wales.

This purpose built surgery has state of the art equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound, BP, in house bloods etc. The team benefit from having a very varied and interesting caseload which includes a high amount of insured clients providing lots of opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their skills within the practice.

You will be part of a team dedicated to providing superb standards of client and animal care and the ideal candidate will be experienced, adaptable and flexible with good general surgical and medical skills and experience in emergency surgery.

This rewarding position is full time with a 1 in 3 weekend rota, however for the right candidate part time hours will be considered. Sole charge is minimal but some experience of this would be advantageous. 

This role plays a key part within an established, friendly team consisting of 2 Vets, 3 RVN’s, and a team of receptionists and you should enjoy the variety provided by the clients and colleagues. Due to the experience within the team, a keen new graduate with some experience would also be considered.
