vets4Pets PeterboroughOur established and friendly practices in Peterborough and Bretton are looking to expand their team and they are looking for an additional part time vet to join them.

You will be joining a supportive and established team of 6 vet surgeons and 5 registered veterinary nurses, led by JVPs and vet surgeons Holly Norman, who graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2011 and Laura Elder, who graduated in Bristol in 2008 and who has a keen interest in Diagnostic Imaging and Cardiology.

The practice is extremely well equipped with state of the art equipment digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, blood pressure monitoring, ECG as well as regular visits from specialists in orthopaedics and ophthalmology.

The team see a wide variety of cases and have a growing number of insured clients allowing cases to be thoroughly investigated and worked up to a high standard. You must have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with patients, clients and the wider team! This can be a consult only based role and working times are flexible around you.

This is a part time role (approx. 3 days per week) with a weekend rota of just 1 in 7 Saturdays (9am-2pm) and 1 in 7 full weekends (Saturday 9am – 5pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm).  There is no OOH requirement.
