RVN - Northamptonshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our clients friendly small animal practice. 

You will be joining a supportive team consisting of 2 vets, 1 existing RVN and 3 receptionists. They see a real variety of cases and have a large and loyal client base. Their established practice is purpose built with state of the art equipment including digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental machine, in house laboratory and blood pressure monitor. Perhaps most importantly, they are equipped with a fantastic bean to cup coffee machine.

The successful applicant will be expected to provide a high level of care to their patients and deal with any emergency cases as they arrive. You will be competent in running routine nurse clinics and be responsible for all aspects of general nursing within a busy practice.

This is ideally a full time role with a weekend rota of 1 in 2 and time in lieu for weekends worked. The role does not involve any OOHs responsibility. Part time candidates that can be flexible about the hours required will also be considered for this position.
