CLINICAL RESEARCH & EXCELLENCE MANAGER
Are you a Veterinary Surgeon with an outstanding record in clinical research and an understanding of ethical review methods in the UK?
Do you have experience of evidence based veterinary medicine?
Are you highly organised, self-motivated with an engaging and enthusiastic approach to projects?
Can you lead collaborations and help clinicians reach their full potential in veterinary research?
The main purpose of this newly created position will be to lead and support clinical research outputs of the highest quality within Linnaeus. This role will also liaise with the quality team to ensure that evidence based veterinary medicine is delivered within Linnaeus practices. Examples of other responsibilities for this role include:
- To ensure the clinical research undertaken contributes to the enhancement of animal health, and/or client and/or associate wellbeing, and lies within the overarching values of the Mars Vet Health Group
- To maintain records of clinical research and ethics projects
- To foster and facilitate collaboration within Linnaeus (between referral practices as well as between referral and first opinion practices) and with the wider Mars Vet Health Group
