Head Nurse - Surrey

Our client is looking for a Head Nurse to join their friendly and welcoming team on a permanent basis.

The practice offers a range of state of the art equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound with Doppler, a growing orthopaedic kit and separate dog and cat wards.

You will be joining a fun, hardworking, dedicated team of 2 full time vets, 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA and 2 receptionists all trying to make a difference to their clients by offering exceptional client care with community at their core.

My client enjoys building, supporting and working with their fantastic team. They really value the contribution that their nurses make and are looking for their new colleague to be personable and approachable and enjoy building relationships with patients, clients and the team.

You will be a veterinary nurse who enjoys working as part of a great team, who has good all round nursing skills and fantastic communication skills. Ideally you will be a clinical coach and have some experience of managing a team but this is not essential as long as you have a willingness to train and support their ethos of developing our team.

Their rotas are designed to be as fair as possible and the new position required will be 40 hours per week and include 1 in 3 weekends. There are no OOH which means that all of our team get to enjoy an excellent work/life balance which we actively promote, knowing how important it is for a happy workplace.
