Will your next career move be part of a hugely successful progressive practice in High Wycombe, operating since 2010, with ambitious plans for the future? The team are currently looking for an experienced veterinary surgeon to join their established and successful team!

We are situated with easy access to both the M40 and M25 and benefit from good train links to London and Birmingham. The practice is situated inside Pets at Home ensuring a busy and loyal client base.

You will have access to all of the excellent facilities including digital X-ray, ultrasound and our in-house lab as well as the support of an established and welcoming team, keen to nurture your skills and help you develop and grow with the business. You will be joining a team made up of 4 vets, 4 registered nurses, 2 care assistants, 3 receptionists and 2 practice managers. 

Julia, the practice owner is looking for a vet who is confident with all routine medical and surgical cases. An interest in a specialism would be preferred and flexible around what specialism. An OV would be desirable, but a will to be trained as an OV would be considered too. Julia is happy to invest in further equipment to support specific interests. You will enjoy building strong relationships with patients and clients and you will be happy to support your fellow team members when necessary in this hands on role.

The role is full time of 40 hours per week with a 1 in 3 weekend rota and no OOH. There will be some sole charge responsibility at weekends.
