Excellent opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse based within a practice going through a lot of new positive change and management re-structure. Exciting time to join us as you can be part of shaping our new future!

Ashfield Vets are looking for a confident RVN to over-see our Wakefield branch, to ensure the practice provides excellent patient and client care. You will be fully supported by a team of support staff, Head Nurse, Operations Manager and Clinical Director.

All our practices are based in the heart of England in the UK offering excellent transport links, providing fast connections by road, rail, and air. At the intersection between the M1 and M62 and with the A1 at its eastern boundary, the district is well placed to access other regional centres such as Leeds, Sheffield and York.

Some of your duties will involve clinical coaching, conducting appraisals and performance management. You will also participate in clinical development meetings, helping to feedback and recommend positive changes for the nursing team.
