The Practice
The practice has 11 Vets, 20 RVN’s and support staff over 3 sites. It is part of an established group along with support staff. They are 100% small animal and the practice is well equipped, including digital x-ray, consult rooms, theatre, separate kennels and cattery plus more. Applicants must be in West Midlands based or be able to commute from the surrounding area.

The Role
As an experienced Vet Surgeon, you’ll have a genuine opportunity to develop the practice clientele and culture of the practice, knowing that you have the full support and guidance from an experienced leadership team. Your role will include a broad range of qualified veterinary skills, including routine surgery and consults, providing guidance to clients on the best possible pet care in line with practice protocols. Those that enjoy surgery will get ample opportunity to gain experience in this busy environment whilst mentoring others around them.
About You
To be considered as an experienced Senior Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll be:
- RCVS registered
AND
- At least 4 years’ experience, you’ll have experience of working in a busy small animal practice.
- Strong communication skills
- Great team-working skills, an enthusiastic approach with the ability to inspire those around you
- First class attention to detail and ability to see opportunities to generate practice revenue
