We are looking for an enthusiastic New Graduate veterinary surgeon to join our dedicated team in our busy practice in Dereham, Norfolk.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career and work alongside a friendly, dedicated team.

We are currently a 4/5 vet practice with an equal amount of nursing team.  Our practices are set in beautiful rural areas yet only 20 miles from Norwich city centre.  

You will be working with great facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound and in house lab.

We operate our own emergency service and your post will require inclusion on the on-call rota, currently on a 1:5 basis.

You will receive a starting salary of £31,000 rising after year one, then again after year two to £36,500 (plus the chance to earn added bonus) as well as:

• 10 CPD days per year covering both clinical and non-clinical skills with a selection of CPD days that you can choose from to suit you, your interests and your role within practice.
• A committed and trained clinical mentor with regular meeting to support your transition from student to qualified vet.
• The option to undertake short-term externships in OOH's at our dedicated ECC centres and/or specific disciplines at one of our referral hospitals
• The opportunity to mentor future graduates, undertake a fully funded certificate, remain where you are and continue to develop into an outstanding GP, or pursue a different career path in referrals, laboratories or a non-clinical role after you have completed the scheme.
