Deputy Head Nurse - London

My client is looking for an RVN with at least 3 years of experience who is looking for the next step in their career,

The ideal candidate will have some form of senior or management experience

It is essential any applicant has a positive and forward-thinking mindset, a passion for providing high quality service to patients and clients, and ability to lead by example and oversee a team to deliver high standards.

You will be assisting the head nurse with the management of the team and the practice but you will also be performing all general nursing duties such as performing surgical, radiographic, dental, lab, pharmacy, anaesthetic procedures.

The practice prides itself in providing exception customer service and consulting nurse skills.

An excellent salary is available for the right candidate,

On average a 40 hour week and a share of weekend duties,

No OOH or on call,

28 days annual leave including bank holidays

RCVS registration fees

CPD support up to £300 pa & up to 3 days training

Further diplomas encouraged
