Vets4Pets Yeovil has a solid, supportive and engaged team with Claire, Practice Manager and RVN at the forefront, leading the team. You’ll join two very experienced vets, Mary and Marian, who have over 20 years’ experience collectively, as well as a fully experienced nursing and non-clinical team.

The team are fun and friendly bunch who enjoy socialising together outside of the practice and are looking forward to welcoming a new vet into the team.

In a great location, the practice is situated on the outskirts of the town centre, easily accessible by car (with free parking available) or within a 5 minute walk to the train station which provides links to Bristol, Weymouth, London, Cornwall and Exeter.

Yeovil is a great place to live with a vast amount of restaurants, bars, cinema, bowling complex, many gyms and supermarkets and ideally positioned for reaching the coast and scenic country side. The historical market town of Sherborne is 5 minute drive away and boasts an abbey, church and castle.  The Jurassic Coast line, Bath, Bristol, Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills are all within an hour’s drive and offer amazing outdoor pursuits. There is something for everyone in and around Yeovil.

There are full and part time hours available, which will also include a 1-in-3 weekend rota. No out of hours are required.

Yeovil are looking for a vet that is confident in sole charge role and enjoys the variety provided by the clients and colleagues. You should be adaptable and flexible with good general surgical and medical skills and experience in emergency surgery.
