Job Details
Full-time permanent head nurse required for a busy 8 vet practice.
My clients are looking for an experienced RVN with good organisational skills and enthusiasm to lead the hard working nursing team.
Must be able to delegate and motivate to provide efficient nursing support within the practice.
Opportunities to clinical coach, develop nursing clinics and to encourage others to build on their own skills and interests, to include some schedule 3 procedures. Also a chance to be involved in farm animals aspects for anyone interested.
A pivotal role liaising between the vets and nurses to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Excellent facilities and support from the veterinary team, including a deputy head nurse.
- 38 hours per week.
- 1 in 5 Saturday mornings.
- 28 days holiday
- Minimal OOHs
- RCVS and CPD paid
