Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse - Berkshire

My client is currently looking for a Head Nurse to join their practice in Berkshire.

They are looking for someone who wants to help improve this successful practice in many aspects such as managing the patient care assistants and supporting other staff, create a training practice to employ and train a student nurse. To manage the daily running of the practice with the help of the team, assist with operations and run nurse clinics whilst delivering this at a high standard.

The right candidate will be a friendly, enthusiastic, proactive, initiative-led, practical and caring. Ideally you will be a clinical coach, or happy to train as one. You will be supported and encouraged to attend management training days to help you within your role at the practice as well as to attend nursing CPD. You will also be offered the opportunity to work at a sister practice once a week to join the larger veterinary team to help achieve the daily nursing tasks to the highest standard.

My client can offer a salary of up to £26k pa for a 40 hour working week. 1 in 5 Saturday mornings at sister practice and no Sundays.
