SA Veterinary Surgeon - Nottingham Hospital - No OOH

My client is an small animal pet hospital that has been established for over 3 decades. They cover the Nottingham area providing passionate and dedicated care to pets within their remit. This practice offers a whole array of company benefits within a friendly and highly skilled team consisting of 13 vets, 3 on the ooh team. 7 certificate holders in surgery, medicine dermatology and ophthalmology and one more vet who hopefully will get her certificate in exotics later this summer.

The role:
The position is for a permanent full-time veterinary surgeon to work the rota which will be two days 9-7 which are operating days, 1 branch day consulting (this may be changed to consulting at the main surgery) 1 day 8-4 consulting and 1 day 9-1 consulting. Weekends are 1 Saturday 9-5 and one Saturday 9-1 in every five weekends as well as 1 Sunday 10-5 in every five. When a Sunday shift is worked there is a day off the following Friday.
There are no OOH!!!

The ideal candidate:
Ideally you will have at least one years’ experience though will consider confident new grads due to the endless support provided by the clinical director and the rest of the team.
