Noble Futures is a Specialist Animal Health headhunt business and we have been engaged to identify UK's top talent for a unique opportunity. We are looking for a strategic and highly commercial veterinary professional business manager to lead a growing business in the UK and Irish market.

We are looking for an experienced HR, Finance, Sales, Technical, Marketing, Logistics and Operational Manager for a fantastic opportunity within a leading veterinary business.

The successful candidate will be an influential individual and strong leader with the ability to develop and grow sales, marketing, operations and technical teams. They will be ambitious and be a confident commercial decision maker who can develop business strategy to achieve targets set.

Successful candidates will ideally have:
* A minimum of 8 years experience at sales level in the Animal Health sector with at least 3 years experience in managing teams.
* A Veterinary/Pharmaceutical Degree or Business Degree.
*In depth knowledge of the Farming sector in the UK and Ireland.
