Job Details
We are seeking to employ a dynamic and motivated RVN with previous experience of managing a team within a veterinary hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, a genuine interest in supporting the progression and training of staff, excellent communication skills and an interest in strategic planning and supporting staff with HR processes.
The successful applicant will develop and maintain a balanced overview of nursing requirements for all of the clinical activities and ensure strong lines of communication between the Head Nurses and Clinicians.
