Our client, an award winning global Animal Health pharmaceutical company, has a rare opening for a Senior Management position within their organisation. We are working with our client exclusively to recruit their National Sales Manager, a prestigious role within a very well respected Animal Health company.
The ideal candidate will come with a strong Large Animal background having worked in the industry for some time, ideally within both veterinary and trade sectors, and developed their career to management level. The role requires development and implementation of both sales and marketing strategies so marketing expertise would also be beneficial.
This is a hands-on management role and your ability to build relationships is crucial. The purpose of the role is to achieve and exceed the company's sales plans. You will be expected to build and motivate a team capable of continuing the company's growth plan, which projects significant growth in the coming years with exciting new products coming through the pipeline for 2019.
You will be a strategic commercial thinker with a passion for the animal health industry, as well as a dynamic and driven Sales Manager with excellent man-management experience.
