RVN Opportunity (Twilight Inpatient Care Nursing) - Cheshire

Join our Experienced, Welcoming Team in our Multi-Disciplinary Referral Hospital

Due to expansion and development, we have exciting opportunities for full or part time RVNs to join our friendly team on a permanent basis in our busy specialist referral hospital in Cheshire.

Based on the A56 between Frodsham and Runcorn, Northwest Veterinary Specialists provides specialist referral services to practices in North West England and, North and Mid Wales.

We’re located in modern facilities in Sutton Weaver with free onsite parking and within an easy commute from Runcorn, historic Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and Warrington. Our specialities cover anaesthesia and pain management, neurology and neurosurgery, soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, oncology, internal medicine, cardiology, and diagnostic imaging (including on site MRI and CT); and we work closely with other referral centres in our group to facilitate clinical research and access to shared expertise.

Working alongside our highly qualified and experienced teams we are looking to recruit experienced RVNs to join our twilight nurse team. You would work from 6pm to 12midnight, with some weekend work included. Our inpatient care department is the primary focus of our twilight nurse roles and this includes a high dependency service. You will work alongside a nursing, ACA and clinician team with specialist clinician out of hours support.

Knowledge of referral work would be advantageous, but is not essential as thorough training will be provided.
