Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon - Near Southend-On-Sea

I am recruiting for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon in Southend-On-Sea to work with an RCVS accredited practice group.

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a current team of 10 Vets and 20 Nurses. You will be able to enjoy working alongside very experienced surgeons and able to speak to other Vets about complex cases. The position has a varied case-load with a nice split between surgery and consulting.

The group is made up of 3 sites. The position will be based in their main hospital and have some branch cover. All practices are very well-equipped with equipment including Ultrasound, Endoscopy and Digital X-rays.

The role has a great work-life balance with a nice 4 day working week. It's a full time role with a 4 day working week with a regular set day off. You will be required to work every other Saturday morning and 1:8 full weekends. If you have worked the weekend you will be given time back in lieu the following week. There are additional bonuses in place if you have worked the weekend.
