We have two exciting Vet vacancies available at Pet Doctors Isle of Wight!

We have the only RCVS accredited Hospital on the Isle of Wight allowing you to work on a diverse range of emergency and critical cases, the hospital is supported by our three branches.

Our state of the art hospital is equipped with 6 anaesthetic stations, Laparoscopic kit, ECG, ultrasound, Digital X-ray, fibre optic endoscopes and a dental suite allowing our staff to consistently deliver high quality diagnostic and surgical patient care.

We have a dedicated team of 14 vets, 13 nurses and 13 receptionists who as a team provide an excellent support network and pride themselves in delivering clinical excellence to all. We also value the success and development of our staff and fully support and encourage a diverse range of CPD opportunities aimed at developing the team’s clinical interests including certificates with currently 3 colleagues studying towards cert in Medicine and Surgery.

Senior Vet role:

We are in need of an experienced Senior Vet to join our team, in return you will receive a very attractive salary of up to £66k dependant on experience. We can offer you a 4 day working week, with flexibility, an OOH rota of 1:15 weekday nights, and 1:15 weekends. We are also able to provide support towards Certificate for the right candidate.

Small Animal Vet role (Fixed Term Contract):

We are also in need of a Small Animal Vet to join us on a fixed term contract to cover parental leave. This role will be 5 days per week 8am-6.30pm split between our Lake and Newport Practices. The OOH rota is 1:14 weekday nights and 1:14 weekends.
