We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to come and join our experienced team at Wakefield Vets4Pets. We are conveniently located close to motorway networks including the M1 and M62.

Our bright, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and is very well organised, with state of the art equipment including DR Digital Radiography, Dental Radiography, extensive Orthopaedic equipment, Ultrasound Machine, Doppler Blood pressure, Endosurgery and Endoscopy. We have a dedicated nurse consulting room where the nurses offer a full range of nurse consultations, including Class IV therapeutic laser treatment.

Our partner, Steven Hen-Boisen, qualified in 1996 at Onderstepoort in Pretoria, South Africa and has been the partner at our Wakefield practice since it opened 16 years ago. The friendly and supportive team includes 3 Vets, 4 Registered Nurses and 4 Client Care Advisers, and we pride ourselves on our high level of expertise, competency and most importantly customer service.

Person Specification
We’re looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse, ideally on a full time basis.

You will be a friendly team player who will join our team of nurses working a shift pattern that includes 1 in 3 Saturdays but no OOH. We have a very generous CPD offering which we encourage and support our colleagues to undertake, including long term courses.
