Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join our fantastic Stamford Hill practice.

This is due to the current lead vet moving into a new role within our Central London hospital.

This role is suited to an enterprising vet with at least 3-4 years' experience. The ideal candidate will have an interest in feline medicine and demonstrate an eagerness to lead a busy clinic, developing it further and adding to their continued success.

This role also offers partnership opportunities to the right candidate.

About the practice;

Medivet Stamford Hill is a small, welcoming practice with one consult room, one theatre, in-house lab, x-ray and dentistry facilities. You will benefit from our hub and spoke model for more advanced technologies and feed into our 24-hour centre in Clerkenwell for all out-of-hour care.

This role requires a confident sole charge vet, leading a very friendly and settled team of three nurses. Here you will have mixed caseload seeing more cats, given its Central London position.

Stamford Hill is a fun and trendy part of London with easy access to all that our capital has to offer. The practice is situated next to Stoke Newington Overground with plenty of local cafes, restaurants and bars.

This role sits within our vibrant and growing Central London region. It's an exciting time to join us, we encourage growth and development within your role and are truly committed to helping our Medivet family members achieve their goals.

Apply now!

This role works to our 4-day week with 1/3 Saturdays or 1/6 Saturday/Sunday; and fair share of on-call rota to support our wonderful night team if required.
