Veterinary Surgeon – Full or Part Time North Somerset

An exciting opportunity has arisen in this thriving animal practice based in North Somerset, my client is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join the friendly, professional team on a full or part time basis.

The purpose built, modern surgery has been designed to industry leading standards and has state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, including digital X-ray, ultrasound and in-house blood testing facilities and ECG.

The practice opened in 2003 and it has since gone from strength to strength with a team that includes 5 Vets, 3 RVN, a Practice Manager and a team of Receptionists. Whilst enjoying a varied caseload the team are dedicated to providing superb standards of client and animal care.

This rewarding and flexible position is covering 20 to 40 hours per week and will include every other Saturday.

Successful applicants should be confident in an occasional sole charge role and as this role plays a key part within a small, friendly team the ideal candidate will be adaptable and flexible. You should also have good general surgical and medical skills and experience in emergency surgery.
