Clinical Director - Wiltshire

Opportunity to be a clinical director, leading the development of the small animal work within the practice.

The Practice
We are a large, sociable team of 12 vets and 12 nurses, plus receptionists and support staff. Excellent facilities including laboratory, Idexx blood machines, digital x-ray suite, dental x-ray, ultrasound scanner. We have four sites all located close to good transport links including the M4 and Chippenham's mainline railway station. The practice has been established in the community for 54 years and enjoys a location on the edge of the Cotswolds, close to Bath.

Location
Close to excellent transport links, beautiful countryside and picturesque historic locations including Bath, Lacock and Castle Combe.

The Role
Joining the leadership team at an exciting time of significant growth potential with scope for the new director to shape future development and direction of the practice and lead the small animal department forward. 40 hours / 4 day week plus either on call, or Saturday consulting rota.

Successful Candidate
The successful candidate would have a positive outlook and thrive on working in a dynamic, changeable, varied environment. Around 5 - 6 years experience plus. A keenness to learn and the ability to adapt whilst retaining a positive approach is essential.

The Package
CPD and certificates actively encouraged. One professional-body membership, RCVS and VDS paid for. Pension. 25 days leave, rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days.
