Job Details
We are looking for a confident and motivated RVN to join our small animal, independent practice.
The Practice
Swaffham vets is owned and run by an RVN and two vets and we actively encourage nurses to be the best that they want to be. We are an ISFM gold standard cat clinic, everyone gets a day off annually to volunteer with a charity of their choice, we have the usual digital x-ray, endoscopy, purpose-built premises and we are constantly investing and purchasing new equipment.
Location
Friendly market town with excellent access to Norwich, Cambridge and London. The stunning North Norfolk coast is on our doorstep.
The Role
You will be involved in all aspects of surgery, inpatient care, nurse consultations, maintaining clinical standards and assisting with client care and education.
Our nurses are valued and encouraged to take active roles in making our practice a nice place to work. CPD encouraged and funded, RCVS, VDS and BVNA fees paid, bonus payments, time off in lieu for call outs.

Swaffham Veterinary Centre has been developed by Liam, Jon and Helen. Vets, Liam and Jon have both practised in mid Norfolk their entire careers and have a wealth of experience in all aspects of small animal medicine and surgery. Helen has a vast knowledge of both vet nursing and practice management.
The veterinary team is complemented by Anna, a fully qualified, highly experienced nurse. Our nurses will also offer their own regular clinics to enhance our pro-active approach to your pet’s healthcare.
We recognise how important it is that a relationship exists between you and your vet and our policy is for continuity of care with the familiar friendly faces of our small team. We aim to have a fair and reasonable pricing structure, and hope to encourage responsible pet ownership.
