Clinical Director - Reading

Our practice is in need of a new Vet to come in and act as Clinical Director. The successful applicant will lead a very experienced team while working alongside our practice manager to drive the practice forward.

The work-life balance that you will enjoy really is great with a 4-day working week, no OOH's on call and only 1 in 4 weekends. Following on from the duty weekend our Vets do receive some time off in lieu in order to recharge.

We offer 5 weeks holiday as well as a generous CPD allowance and support can be offered with the funding of certificates as well, we do have certificate holders amongst our ranks already and this is something we are very passionate about. The salary on offer is entirely dependent on the individual but we anticipate that it will range from £45,000-£55,000.

Key Skills and Qualifications
