Established in 1974, we are a forward thinking hospital offering a high standard of patient and client care in a dynamic environment with superb facilities and an excellent range of equipment. We employ 20 staff delivering great animal care to our clients and their pets. The veterinary team includes 7 vets and 7 nurses who are supported by a professional team of administrative staff.

We provide a 24 hour 7 days a week service either via our own qualified staff, or through our emergency Out Of Hours service providers.

You'll be pleased to know that all our practices are well maintained and looked after and two of our practices have been awarded hospital status by the RCVS.

In effect we strive to offer you an excellent service, using highly trained, caring staff, in state of the art surroundings. We even have our own in-house referral service now to operate on highly complex procedures.

Active Vetcare Ltd was aquired by CVS (UK) Limited in January 2007 and now operates as part of this larger group of veterinary practices and veterinary service providers.
