Area Business Development Manager - Bristol

My lovely client is looking for a new Area Business Manager to lead their veterinary practice forward,

The practice is looking for an engaging, collaborative and results driven leader for their superb clinic. 

You will be responsible for steering the overall direction of the practice, working in partnership with the Clinical Director to achieve operational excellence and meeting their customers, commercial and cultural ambitions.

You will be in charge of a large multi vet purpose built practice ensuring the day to day running of the practice is kept to a high level.

You will be in charge of recruitment and assessing the practices development and growth.

You will need to have excellent communication skills and be a real 'people person'.

Previous experience of managing a team would be beneficial.

Ideally you will have some experience of working within a veterinary practice but this is not essential as full training will be given.
