Job Details
Due to practice expansion we are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic small animal vet to come and join our friendly 7 vet team. Your time will be split between our busy hospital and one of our branch surgeries. We are based in North Essex, very close to Cambridge, the M11 for quick access to London and Stansted Airport.
We are a small animal independent practice and we cover our own OOH with a dedicated night nurse team. 1 in 5 on-call weekend rota. Brilliant support staff, cases worked up to a high standard, case continuity and specialisation encouraged. CPD funded as well as certificates. Accommodation is available if required. We ideally looking for a vet with at least one years experience to start around April/May 2019.

Our well equipped surgeries contain the latest diagnostic equipment including digital x-ray facilities, ultrasound, ECG and endoscopy.
We have our own in house laboratories that allows us to get many results the same day! We have a large team of dedicated veterinary nurses who run daily nurse clinics where they can give general advice and carry out procedures such as microchipping, nail clipping and weight checks.
We have a brand new puppy pre-school to give advice to new owners and help with puppy education and socialisation.
We have close links with the veterinary colleges and referral services in the area, to allow more specialist treatment for your pet.
We also provide specialist treatment with complementary medicine.
We are a RCVS Tier 2 Small Animal Accredited Practice and a training and assessment practice (TP) for veterinary nurses.
