The Job…

Our client is looking for someone able to work alongside the management team, support staff and clinical staff to not only maintain their high standards but to ensure that the day to day is running smoothly and effectively.

As Lead veterinary surgeon, you are not only exposed to hands on clinical work, but also required to work with the other surgeons and nurses to maintain high standards and offer the best possible care to your patients.   

You will have access to all the modern equipment and freedom to choose CPD. You will also be responsible for the overall running of the staff and ensure the patients are not only getting the very best care but making sure the business is profitable. This is not just a surgeon role but requires a number of skills which include business management, people management and personal drive.
