Head RVN - London

My client is looking for a Head Nurse to join their lovely team on a full time permanent basis,

The Head Nurse an active part of the team carrying out Schedule 3 procedures as well as their usual duties such as take bloods, place IVs, monitor anaesthetics, and run nurse clinics – you can certainly expect a varied case load.

As the Head Nurse you will be a key part of the leadership team working alongside the Business Manager and Head Vet.  

Previous experience as a Head Nurse is not required as full training will be given and you will be fully supported by other Head Veterinary nurses across their other branches,

As a respected member of the team you are encouraged to be involved with in-house CPD lectures, whether just as free learning or to give yourself if you’re brave enough!

The ideal candidate will be passionate, organised, confident and great to work alongside…who provides gold-standard care to their team, clients and their animals.

This role is full-time, 40 hours per week

1 weekend in 4 with time off in lieu

No OOH

This role can be flexible to fit around you

You will be working with a growing team of 4.5 Vets, 7 Nurses (mix of VCAs, SVNs & RVNs), 3 Receptionists.

A competitive salary is available for the right candidate

CPD up to £300 p/a and up to 3 days training
